Your way to real estate sales in 6 steps:

  1. Information meeting and viewing

    In a personal information meeting we will capture your relevant object in detail.

    Together, we will then visit the private property respectively your commercial property or capital asset.



  2. Real estate assessment and real estate exposť

    To ensure a successful exposť (text, photo, graphic art, animation, audio, video) together with you we value your property.



  3. Contract meeting

    For contract design we will explain you the sales agreement as well as all important sales documents.

    If all questions are resolved, together we arrange the date for buying your property at the notar.



  4. Notary meeting

    For completion of your contract for the sale of your property, we come along with you to the notar.

    Because, by virtue of office, the notar is bounded to neutrality towards both contracting parties, at this joint meeting, together with the notar, we explain you the content and consequences of your contract.



  5. Transfer of ownership

    After the agreement has been signed, on the date we set out with you in the agreement, we instruct the buyer of your property to pay the sale price by him respectively his bank.

    In the final stage, we fulfill the entry in the land register and in doing so the transfer of ownership will now take place.



  6. Follow up care

    Follow up care We will on your side supportive to handle possibly additional formalities also after the fulfilled transfer of ownership.

    To ensure a lasting successful financing model, we come along with you to conclude a credit agreement with your trusted bank.



  3. Contract meeting

    For contract design we will explain you the purchase agreement as well as all important buying documents.

    If all questions are resolved, together we arrange the date for buying your property at the notar.



  4. Notary meeting

    For completion of your real estate contract, we come along with you to the notar.

    Because, by virtue of office, the notar is bounded to neutrality towards both contracting parties, at this joint meeting, together with the notar, we explain you the content and consequences of your contract.



  5. Transfer of ownership
